WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you make a purchase with by LittleJane and you aren't happy with the fit, you are more than welcome to return your items. Please contact us on Chelsea@bylittlejane.com.au within 72 hours and we will discuss the exchange as quick as possible.
Once approved and the item has been returned for review, you will then be given a store voucher for use online at by LittleJane.
by LittleJane offers returns on all full priced items within 14 days of delivery for an online voucher. Providing that:
The item is returned unworn and in its original condition with swing tags attached.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange any bodysuits or underwear.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
by LittleJane reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return at your expense.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing fault.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS?
Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is customer borne and non refundable. We recommend keeping your tracking details as by LittleJane are not liable for returns lost in transit. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item we will bear the return shipping cost.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Yes! We are happy to exchange a size or style if we have what you are after in stock. Please note that the cost of you returning the original item will bare on the purchaser unless faulty or damaged.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
Firstly we are so sorry about this! We pride our self on quality control across all of our stock. If you feel that your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email our team at chelsea@bylittlejane.com.au within 14 days of delivery. We will investigate and help you to ensure you are happy.
